6. Co-Created Support Instead of Accountability

We're sharing how we're working towards our dreams, one step at a time, with dedication and support from one another, so you can try out what we've been learning!

Hello friend,

This week we’re talking about motivation.

It’s a sticky subject for both of us! We used to try to force motivation and kept falling off the wagon, which made us believe we just sucked at follow-through and commitment.

It’s been so interesting to explore motivation in a different, shame-free way, and we’ve been doing it together. Come along with us, and take steps towards your dreams alongside us.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

  • a new version of “accountability buddies” that we are trying out and loving

  • the four personality types of motivation

  • noticing the intention behind seeking support or accountability

  • why you might have a hard time following through on a goal

  • the powerful process of change

  • making efficient plans
