5. Moving Through the Intensity of Change

We're sharing practical ways to move through change, both the kind of change that we don't ask for that feels super challenging, and the kind of change we initiate in the direction of our dreams.

Ummm… was your January a wild ride too?!

We took an impromptu several-week-break from recording the Making Meaning Together podcast to create more space for each of us to move through the intense changes we were going through.

While we weren’t recording, we were still closely connected (from across the continent!) through our messages to each other. We supported each other and noticed what was coming up for us as we spoke out loud, into voice messages, how we were feeling and our approach to navigating that.

We’re sharing our insights from moving through unwanted changes and also taking steps towards new dreams at the same time. It’s a really interesting space to be in: the in-between.
